Our Client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Architect
As a ServiceNow Architect, you’ll lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects. You’ll provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development teams members. You’ll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure success of the project. Your design will set the standard for future development, so you’ll craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security. What You Will Need:
- Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) , IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), or Performance Analytics.
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)
- 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow
- Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- BA or BS degree
- Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
- This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
