Position : HR Admin and Sales Specialist
Working Hours : 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (M-F)
Salary Range : $1000-$1500
Holidays : TBC
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help onboard new employees and facilitate the orientation process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities.
- Make sales calls and sales emails
- Maintain customer databases and update records.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects.
- Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies.
- Maintain lead databases and track progress.
- Handle special projects and assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to support their specific needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At Least 1 year of experience in administrative role, sales position, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Spreadsheet, Meet, Drive) and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales support is a plus
- Prior experience with Hubspot is a plus
